Supposed to be a recovery 4 miler with some starts of 80-100m. But being on a team of kids that want to improve, they wanted to "push" themselves. Me, Kyle, Jack, and John started to increas distance after 40 minutes (which was the desired workout). Everybody else said that we were going "too far" along with "too long" and working "too hard" so they turned around adn headed back while teh four of us continued on my custom Skyline Tuscany loop of 12 miles. Boy did it feel great!
