Went to NXR and ran a 16:57

Placed top 15 as Foolocker Regionals with 18:14

4:49 mile BYU Invitational

2:08 800M 4A regionals

11:01 3200M (YEAH!!)

These were all Freshmen acomplishments

Short-Term Running Goals:

I would love to kick it up a notch and break the 15:00 barrier in CC

Win the Foolocker Nationals, NXR and NXN

Break the 4:00 mile

Long-Term Running Goals:

Qualify for the olympic trials and win them

Personal:

I am the second of five boys in my family oldest 18, youngest 6. (I am 16)

Won district championships in wrestling in the 120lb weight class.

Played trombone for 5 years.

blister coold down and it felt much better, i will be running again Monday. I am worried though for UHSTCA because I have not run in 5 days.
